A 6-ounce Filet Mignon and Lobster Tail served with
roasted fingerling potatoes, grilled asparagus and
a Béarnaise sauce

Dessert Course
Blueberry Ricotta Turnover
Sage infused blueberries and creamy ricotta cheese
inside crispy filo dough served with vanilla ice cream
and berry coulis
